Sales Admin Support - 2 years contract

As a Sales Admin you will:

• Responsible with preparing Samples delivery documents and invoicing (Sales Order creation, price set up, delivery documents);

• Create and maintain basic data and customer data in local SAP system (Sold to/ Ship to/ Scheduling Agreement);
• Invoicing (R&D, tooling, packaging and service activities);
• Weekly/ monthly invoicing sending to customers;
• Responsible with invoice correction (credit & debit notes);
• Coordinate intercompany business between Schaeffler locations in several countries (transfer pricing, price quotation for components within ICO plants, Master data set up, invoicing).

• SAP usage knowledge - Advanced;
• MS Office knowledge - Advanced;
• Logistic Processes - Advanced;
• English language - Advanced;
• Experience - > 2 years in a similar role;
• Automotive experience - preferable.
