Required skills:
- Medium English & French Skills (speaking and comprehension skills).
- Must be able to communicate to customers in a professional manner and convey issues preventing order process effectively.
- Basic typing skills and keyboard control functions to enhance data entry productivity.

Schedule: Monday- Friday ( 3:00 PM- 3:00 AM) - in shifts

Responsabilitati

- Respond to customer inquiries related to services and processes via email, chat & phone.
- Resolves customer questions, complaints and requests.
- Attention to detail.
- Emphasis on quality and strive towards zero defects within target productivity goals.
