Requirements
-Great Spanish & English Skills.
-Available to work afternoon shift.
-Medium tech skills.
Schedule: 15:00-04:00 in shifts (Monday- Friday)
Responsibilities
-Agents receive calls from stores and onsite technicians.
-Agents will also perform various checks and try to resolve issues remotely.
-Agents need to keep all incidents updated in a timely manner, inform customers of their status when needed via tickets or phone, escalate issues as need might be.
