Responsabilitati

- Hair Styling and Make-up Application:
Provide hair styling and make-up services to studio personnel to ensure they are camera-ready for live broadcasts or events.
Apply make-up according to company standards, taking into account different skin types, tones, and preferences while ensuring a professional and consistent look.
Continuously oversee on-shift personnel to ensure sustained on-camera readiness, ensuring compliance with company standards for make-up application, professional appearance, proper posture, and well-maintained uniforms.

- Collaboration and Coordination: 
Collaborate with studio personnel and management to understand the requirements for different events or broadcasts. 
Ensure that looks align with studio standards, making adjustments as needed to suit individual needs and company guidelines. 
Work closely with other team members to ensure timely preparation of staff before their shifts or on-camera appearances.
Regular check-up with studio production staff to explain appearance guidelines.

-Hygiene and Product Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all tools, products, and workstations to meet health and safety standards.
Regularly clean and sanitize make-up brushes, hair tools, equipment etc.
Keep an organized and fully stocked kit, managing inventory of make-up products, hair styling tools, and related supplies.
Anticipate the restock needs and inform the line manager.

- Time Management and Efficiency:
Work efficiently to prepare multiple staff members within a limited time frame, ensuring everyone is ready on schedule.
Handle last-minute adjustments or touch-ups in a timely manner, especially during live operations.

- Adherence to Standards:
Stay updated on the latest hair and make-up trends while ensuring compliance with company-specific guidelines and policies.
Ensure consistency in the appearance of staff, following pre-approved looks and styles. 
Update excel files with the appearance monitoring findings.

- Uniform and Accessories Administration:
⁠Oversee the uniform and accessories distribution process, ensuring accurate allocation aligned with staffing needs, while coordinating with other departments for sizing and storage, and performing regular inventory checks to optimize usage and accountability.
Document and verify uniforms submitted for laundering by accurately recording the item type, quantity, and number of pieces per category, as well as noting their specific characteristics and condition, based on the care symbols indicated on their labels.

- Any other tasks as may be required by the Company from time to time, which fall under the Employee’s area of expertise.
